Hella supplies aircraft lighting to the European airframers, and D8095 is their aviation supplier code; the same code appears on Hella navigation lights and cabin warning lights sold as aircraft parts. The 659 7030 500 U number is the airframer's own part number in a French-style format, but the aircraft type is not on the plate and I am not going to guess it.

From the leftover inventory of an aviation component shop that did inspection, repair and certification work; when the company closed the remaining stock went to sale. That origin is real, but it does not mean this unit is approved for flight use today.
