Terms Terms
Here at triumphseller we do test our power equipment before it is shipped to the consumer by our quality control center (QC). We are not responsible for customer misuse and incorrect treatment of the power equipment we sell. Items sold for under list price (best offer) will not be eligible for returns.
For all power equipment with a warranty
For warranty evaluation, your product must be shipped directly to our warehouse at cost to the buyer.
In the case you would not like to ship the product back to us we can ship parts to you ONLY after verifying that the part needed is indeed eligible according to the following.
Triumphseller warrants these Products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, physical damage or tampering with the product. Our warranty does not apply to Honda Engines. All Honda Engine warranty issues must be dealth with a Honda Certified Repair Center ONLY.
Returns Returns
In order to keep our customers satisfied our policy gives you 30 days from the day you receive your purchase, to either exchange, receive store credit, or get a refund unless otherwise stated in the listing.
All products must be returned innew, unused condition withoriginal packaging, accessories, and documentation. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required and may be obtained by messaging us with your order information.
Changed your mind? (Buyers Remorse):
1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
2. Pack up your item, insure your package, and send to our fulfillment center.
3. Once returned in resalable condition, we can issue a full store credit or issue a refund for 80% of the purchase price after shipping.
If your item was received damaged or defective , we will either fix the product or exchange for a replacement.
All Items will be inspected and/or tested upon return. Upon inspection, if your product is not defective or damaged, you may be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product to you or a refund minus a 20% stocking fee.
Returns for Freight deliveries will be scheduled through the shipping carrier with the customer and need a valid daytime phone number. It is the customers responsibility to have their contact info update to.
If the delivery is returned for failure to communicate a delivery, then the Buyer is responsible for all freight and return fees.
Power Equipment (products that use gas and oil)products are not eligible for return once it has been oiled or gassed. Once oiled or gassed it cannot be shipped by law.
Most Honda motors come with a 3 year warranty through the manufacturer
We are not responsible if you do not measure correctly.if you need to return due to incorrect measurements on your behalf we apply a restocking fee, you must pay return shipping and the shipping cost from us to you.
As stated in our terms we are not responsible for customer misuse and incorrect treatment of the power equipment we sell.We can help facilitate the repair of the product. It needs to be taken to an authorized service center for any repairs or technical assistance, which may be covered under warranty. There are no exceptions to this rule. We will exhaust all options to make sure the product works and that you are satisfied. Clearance Items are final sale and cannot be returned. Scratch and Dent Items are final sale and cannot be returned. Special Order / Built to Order items will have a 35% restocking fee. Customized Products cannot be returned.
