May 31, 1942 Los Angeles Times Rotogravure section featuring Doolittle and the headline “The First Man to Bomb Tokyo.” This was published shortly after the April 18, 1942 Doolittle Raid.
The items are being sold together as one historical collection.
The 1976 material is in generally good condition with normal age/storage wear. The 1942 newspaper has significant folds, tears, separation and age-related wear. Please examine all photographs carefully.
The Doolittle and Hahn signatures have not been professionally authenticated and are being sold as shown.
