Japanese Jurojin Figure Statue Patinated Cast Metal Lucky God 11” Vintage
Vintage Japanese-style figure depicting Jurojin, one of the traditional Seven Lucky Gods of Japan and a figure associated with longevity.
This substantial cast metal statue depicts the bearded Jurojin in flowing robes holding his long staff and scroll. The figure has a dark bronze-tone patinated finish, with areas of wear revealing a bright silver-colored base metal underneath. A magnet does not stick to the figure. The exact metal composition is unknown and is not represented as bronze.
Measures approximately 11 inches tall and weighs just over 4 pounds.
The staff is removable.
Pre-owned vintage condition with surface wear, scratches, finish loss and scattered marks. There are areas around the neck that may represent an old repair, and the nose has some flattening/wear. Additional wear is visible around the base and feet.
