Original Kennedy Kits rolling base cabinet, Model No. 270, manufactured in Van Wert, Ohio, USA. This piece dates to the mid-20th century, approximately 1960s–1970s, from Kennedy’s classic machinist tool storage line.
This listing is for the bottom rolling cabinet only. The matching top chest (Style 260) is not included and is being sold separately.
Designed to pair with the Kennedy top chest, this cabinet features durable all-steel construction with multiple storage areas, including upper drawers and a large lower compartment. The unit is mounted on casters for mobility in a workshop environment.
The original Kennedy label is present and clearly marked Style No. 270. Drawers open and close, and the cabinet structure remains solid.
Condition reflects heavy shop use with paint loss, surface wear, and areas of exposed metal, especially on the top surface and lower sections. This is typical for working machinist cabinets of this era.
No key is included with this cabinet.
