Beautiful authentic vintage Bates bedspread in king-size
“Loomed to be Heirloomed”
This is one of Bates’ classic historic patterns, originally introduced in 1940 and known for its elegant white-on-white raised candlewick/hobnail texture. The design includes floral motifs, geometric details, a striking central medallion, and decorative fringe along the edge. Double check the research.
These were made durring 1944–1961, making this a true mid-century vintage piece with wonderful history and character.
