This wooden house probably dates to around 1940. It was made by the Leroy Novelty Company in North Wales, Pa.
House is pre-owned but in good condition for its age. Age appropriate wear and tear, otherwise - Move-in condition!
Measures 6-3/4” long X 4” wide X 4-1/2” high at the top of the chimney.
