This vintage 1970s Italian decorative centerpiece basket features hand-woven pencil reed rattan with a brass rim. These mid-century modern style baskets are often attributed to Gabriella Crespi or Vivai del Sud. This piece is round and measures prox. 11 inches across and stands nearly 5.5 inches tall. Please review the photos to discern the craftsmanship and quality. I did not polish the brass rim because the patina seems just right for its age.
