Up for sale is an authentic Midcentury Modern "Show Dogs" cocktail shaker and cocktail cup setmanufactured by the renowned Hazel-Atlas Glass Company during the 1950s. Please note that I have inserted a black sheet of paper inside to better show the design – the glass is actually clear.This highly-collectible set features the rarer, premium frosted reverse silhouette design,where beautifully textured acid-etched/ sandblasted roundels reveal clear glass dog silhouettes. This elegant, tactile variant is much harder to find than the flat black enamel printed version.This exceptional set includes a heavy, molded glass cocktail shaker featuring a prominent Doberman Pinscher medallion with chrome lid with an integrated strainer and top cap and five matching heavy-bottom cocktail cups featuring distinct, detailed pedigreed breed medallions of a Boxer, Collie, Great Dane, and Retriever.Shaker stands 11.25" tall and is 3.75" in diameter at the shoulder.
