Silver-Tone Metal Candle Snuffer
Vintage Style
This ornate silver-tone candle snuffer features a unique figural design with the extinguishing bell shaped as a detailed hand gripping a sphere. The piece includes a long, wavy, gnarled-style handle terminating in a decorative scroll finial, reflecting a Victorian-inspired aesthetic common in mid-to-late 20th-century decorative metalwares. A maker\'s mark is stamped clearly on the handle.
• Cast silver-tone metal construction with a matte, aged finish
• \"MMC\" maker\'s mark stamped on the handle
• Detailed figural hand bell with wavy handle and spiral scroll finial
• Dimensions: 8\" long x 2\" wide x 2\" high
Condition: Good vintage condition with visible signs of previous use. The interior and exterior of the snuffer bell contain candle wax residue and require cleaning as noted. The metal surface shows a natural aged patina and minor surface wear. Structure is solid with no breaks, cracks, or repairs to the handle or bell.
