Early facsimile reprint of the August 2, 1773 Maryland Journal and Baltimore Advertiser. The newspaper consists of 4 pages, and measures 17 x10 1/2 inches. The horizontal fold and the edges have been reinforced with archival tape, with very minor loss. This is a very authentic-looking copy of the first issue of Volume I of the newspaper, written three years before the United States declared its independence.
