Bohemian Cut Clear Crystal Wine / Water Glass Set of 18. Czech Steklarna Rogaska. Signed. Vogue pattern.

THESE ARE IN EXCELLENT TO MINT CONDITION.  THEY MEASURE 9\" TALL WITH A 3\" RIM DIAMETER AND HOLD APPROX 8 OZ. 

My mom loved to entertain - every weekend. These were her goto crystal wine and/or champagne glasses.

The glasses are elegant and long stemmed (see photos)

History

Steklarna Rogaska draws its rich knowledge of designing and making crystal ware from ancient times, in the area of Trebusa, Pohorje and Kozjansko where the so-called forest glass huts could be found.

In the beginning of the 20th century, the remains of the then glassmaking industry were merged and Viljem Abel, the owner of Merges Glassmakers built the glass factory at Sveti Kriz, and today\'s Steklarna Rogaska, in 1926. It started operating in 1927 and was extremely successful. In the last three decades of the previous century, it achieved great progress and expansion.

With more than 350 years of tradition in superior crystalware, Steklarna Rogaska creates and improves on a rich history of the crystal making process.
