This is New-Old-Stock, NOS, made in the 1970\'s and kept in a box in the back of a shop for decades.
It has a leather fob with a chrome plated metal tab that has enamel baked onto the metal.
Made by Kings International of NY City.
It measures 1½\" wide and 3¼\" tall top to bottom.
This has little scuffs but is still New-Old-Stock and has never been used.
