It shall be the purchaser'sresponsibility to determine any local restrictions concerning the purchase ofany of our products to comply with all applicable laws. No items will beshipped to any state or other jurisdiction were prohibited by law.
Refunds & Returns:
All sales are final unless item is out ofstock or unavailable. The 14-day return is only for items that the customerpays to have returned to us and has never been opened. The item muststill be in the factory package complete and not opened or used. Damages mustbe filed with the shipper. We would be glad to assist you in thisprocess. Since we offer free shipping, we have a 20% restocking fee plusactual shipping fee for cost to send item to you.
Please contact us within 48 hours ofreceiving item to get an authorization of return. Some defective anddamaged items may need to be sent back to the factory. Buyer may beliable to pay for shipping fees to the factory. A new item will be sentto replace the old item after inspection. Any item with physical damageby uses from person who bought the item will not be accepted back for arefund. If it is found damaged at the time of inspection it will not bereplaced and buyer will pay to have item shipped back. Buyers must paywithin 5 days for shipping on these items or the items will be disposedof.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Buyers must contact the shipping companyto be compensated for any damages to product incurred during shipping. Ifthe shipper’s website states that the package has been delivered, but the buyerdid not get the package, buyer must request reimbursement from theshipper. Please keep all of the shipping materials and packaging andcontact the shipping company to file a claim. Shipping companies areliable for any shipping damages or lost items. Buyers are responsible forpaying any applicable shipping taxes and fees charged for receiving merchandisefrom the U.S. If the buyer wants the product re-shipped back to them,they will be responsible to pay the shipping fees again. The secondshipping is not free.
Please note item shippedthrough the U.S.PS. may request an inspection of the product. Please do notthrow anything away. All content including packing must be present. Thecustomer will need to go to their local post office and file a damage claim ora claim that the package arrived empty. We have no control over theclaims. It will be processed by the USPS in most cases and takes 6 daysto process. Please note that we cannot control this process. Allclaims must be done by the receiver. This includes any packages that areshipped worldwide. Also, when shipping through USPS we must also includethe price of the item so the customer fee may be slightly higher for the item
