Offered is an original 1973 Spider-Man poster produced for the UK edition of Marvel’s Spider-Man Comics Weekly.This is the vintage 18” x 26” full-color photographic Spider-Man poster printed in England by H.P. Dorey & Company Limited for Magazine Management (London) Ltd., the company used by Marvel UK.The poster was the special Spider-Man free gift promoted in the early issues of Spider-Man Comics Weekly in 1973. Historical research identifies the poster as the 18” x 26” photographic poster associated with Spider-Man Comics Weekly No. 11.The poster has the original markings along the bottom:“PRINTED IN ENGLAND BY H.P. DOREY & COMPANY LIMITED”and:“TM AND © 1973 MAGAZINE MANAGEMENT (LONDON) LTD.
