Old Paris Porcelain 1800s Footed Confiturier Sauce Jam Pot Claw Feet Mask Handle For Sale

Beautiful antique find- footed sizable lidded tureen/ pot for an ample supply of sauce or jam. Hand painted florals with gold accented, face type handles and claw feet. The loop finale has been repaired, and in my opinion the gold painting on the loop is post production likely to cover the flaw (worked on me when I bought it, it was difficult to see, and feels sturdy). There are two tiny little nicks to the inner rim when the lid is off that I pointed out in photos. For its age, I’d suggest all things considered especially the tall footing with claws, it’s in pretty good shape despite the minor flaws. Sizable piece, great for display but certainly suitable for use! A piece that truly reflects the grandeur of French porcelain houses of the era.
