This is a no. 2 size brass lamp hardware (worded per policy) with a working thumbwheel, wick installed. It has two patent dates; 1875 and 1880. I believe it says P&A Brass, Waterbury, Conn. on the thumbwheel, but it is quite rubbed out from age and use. It definitely says \"BRASS\". There is a wick installed with the thumbwheel working as designed.
It comes with a clear glass chimney with a beautiful deep and defined scalloped rim.
