This is a no. 2 size brass lamp hardware (worded per policy) with a working thumbwheel, wick installed. It has two patent dates; 1883 and 1897, made by the P&A (Plume & Atwood) Co. It has a beautifully embossed cap with Victorian leafy border. There is a wick installed with the thumbwheel working as designed.
It comes with a clear glass chimney with a beautiful crimped pie crust rim.
