Prez #2 is the second issue of the surreal, short-lived comic book series published by DC Comics with a cover date of November 1973. Created during the Bronze Age of comic books, the series follows Prez Rickard, the fictional first teenage President of the United States.
Following a high-stakes, tense chess match between the United States and Russia, the defeated American player seemingly loses his mind. This triggers a bizarre geopolitical crisis involving characters named Chessking and Poison Pawn. Amid the chaos, President Prez Rickard and his Native American director of the FBI, Eagle Free, travel across the globe to assess escalating international tensions and bizarre threats. True to the series\' satirical tone, the issue blends political allegory with 1970s counter-culture absurdism as Prez continues his struggle against the corrupt political fixer, Boss Smiley.
The comic book looks nice with some light wear that includes creases. Complete with no detached pages. The interior pages look nice. Please refer to all the photos provided for further details on condition and the like. Thank you.
