This is a debated mirage plush of Poliwhirl. It is green in color. It is in great condition. It has only been on display.
Mirage plush is not a brand but a subtype of Pokemon plush in the pokemon collecting community. They were made during a legal gray area in '99-'00 where some companies had licenses while others didn't or had them revoked. They are unique patterned plush usually with crazy colors and hard or embroidered eyes. The plush were obtained at amusement parks as prizes and in claw machines. Some also include suction cups on head strings. Gen 1 and 2 were the only generations made. Not every pokemon from those gens had a plush or they have yet to be discovered by the community.
The debate over this plush comes to the pattern used. It is a copy of the banpresto/Hasbro Poliwhirl bean bag pattern. It is incredibly well made which isnt seen in most bootlegs and it has wonky plastic eyes that are true to mirages. Either way, it's a great plush for any water type or Poliwhirl collector.
