RARE 1853 APICULTURE PATENT FORM BEEKEEPING WAYNE KENNEBEC MAINE PRE CIVIL WAR For Sale

Fresh from an estate comes this rare United States of America patent form for transferring / selling interests of improvements in the mode of managing bees. It involves Arza Gilmore of Wayne, Maine, Edward’s & Platt of New York and the state of Ohio. This pertains to a patent from 1849, atransfer of patent rights in 1851 and the sale of right, title and interest in October of 1853 for counties somewhere in Ohio. There are two duplicate forms that are attached / folded. Recipes for bee food at the bottom, which I assume pertains to the patents. Both forms are unsigned. There is a stamped seal at upper left which I can’t quite make out (pictured). It has an anchor and rope center but I cannot read the writing. Each form measures 12 1/2” by 8”. Has three crease / folds, some paper loss to one crease and edges and general staining / foxing. These would be great framed and you could separate and have two. A rare piece of beekeeping ephemera predating the Civil War.Thanks for looking!
