Set of two original 1989 White House Christmas cards from President George H. W. Bush and First Lady Barbara Bush, featuring William T. Gemmell’s artwork “Celebrating Christmas at The President’s House.” The winter night scene shows the South Portico of the White House in falling snow, decorated with wreaths and garlands, printed in soft pastel tones on textured stock with blue and gold borders. The smaller folding card includes the printed 1989 greeting from “The President and Mrs. Bush,” an embossed presidential seal, and its original translucent tissue overlay.

The large print is Hallmark‑marked on the reverse and is corner‑mounted into a dark blue textured presentation folder embossed with the presidential seal on the front, with the printed 1989 greeting below the image when opened.
