This is an authentic Limoges Peint Main trinket box from the Artoria atelier, designed as a magenta toy sack cinched with a green ribbon bow. Nestled inside and perched at the opening are two fully detachable hand-painted porcelain figurines: a jointed teddy bear and a little girl doll in a turquoise dress with a matching hair bow, alongside a wrapped gift box accent. A tiny gift-box motif is hand-painted inside the lid.
The underside is signed “Artoria, Peint main, Limoges, France, n° 36 EH,” confirming both the atelier and the authenticity of this piece. This is a very rare find — the detachable figures are intact and undamaged, and the piece comes complete with its original Artoria presentation box.
Measures approximately 2.5 x 2 inches. Excellent condition. Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the description.
Due to the rarity and fragility of this piece, no returns will be accepted. We have no control over how a piece is packaged for return shipping, and we’re not willing to take on that risk of damage. Company policy: all pieces priced above $200 ship double-boxed with Signature Required upon Delivery at no extra charge, so they’re never left unattended and at risk of loss — these are rare, valuable pieces.
