REDUCED 86 YEARS RARE 1937-1939 Vintage GIRL SCOUT INTERMEDIATE DRESS UNIFORM For Sale

Was $160. This is for a Rare Intermediate Scout uniform. These were ONLY available from 1936-1939- this label has the 2 Long Haired Girls which began in 1937-the First uniform of this material was made in 1936 and has the Red and Blue label in it. It has a short zipper on the front and has a side zipper also and they work well. Because of WWII and the metal shortage, the metal zippers were replaced with a full trefoil button dress in it. The Red tie has the Embroidered Trefoils on both ends and with the correct placement of the Traditional Eagle pin on the Knot. The World Association Pin is over the pocket and a Screw Back Membership Pin on the Pocket. All of the Buttons are on it but the sleeve buttons have been moved to be tighter but can be easily moved back to the original spot if desired. The Belt is the Web one for that year with the Metal Slide Buckle. The Dress is in great shape for its age with only a few pulls in the material. It does not have any tears in it but it has had the hem lengthened and done well. The This has been in my uniform closet for over 40 years now which is why it is so beautiful. I take Pride in my uniforms taking the time to do research and make sure all the items are correct for that year. The hat that goes with this year is the hat with the cut out trefoil on it But it does NOT come with it. It is Clean and Ironed. Please see the pictures for the condition and measurements.
