Rare 1 3/8" vintage 1970s "Big Eye" smiley face refrigerator magnet. This unique piece features an authentic 1970s metal pinback button secured inside a flexible black rubber ring magnet frame.
The original owner converted this wearable pin into a refrigerator magnet using a popular vintage rubber adapter ring. To ensure a permanent hold inside the ring, vintage adhesive was applied around the inner perimeter, safely recessing the pin stem so the piece sits flat and holds strongly to magnetic surfaces.
