Up for sale is an incredibly rare, piece of vintage cycling history: an period-original 1953–1954 Campagnolo factory promotional lithograph poster.
This iconic design features Tullio Campagnolo’s groundbreaking quick-release hubs and derailleurs over the classic globe logo wrapped in the World Championship rainbow stripes. The bottom gallery showcases the legendary "Golden Age" postwar cycling giants who rode to victory using Campagnolo components, including Fausto Coppi, Gino Bartali, Fiorenzo Magni, Hugo Koblet, Pasquale Fornara, and Antonio Bevilacqua.
The Questura Stamp: The bottom corner features the official mid-century Italian police authorization stamp required for public display in the 1950s: "Autorizz. Questura Vicenza N. 8645" (from Campagnolo’s home factory province of Vicenza, Italy).
The Printing: Traditional industrial lithography with beautiful, continuous ink layers and i dont see any matrix dots.
The Frame: It is currently housed in a beautiful, double-sided floating glass frame that allows you to inspect both the pristine front artwork and on the reverse side there is stick residue about 1 x1 inch you can see in the photo .
