Rare 19th Century Ironstone Water Pitcher \"The Moettawas\" Hotel Ontario Canada:
$150.00

Offered here, found in a local estate, is this rare 19th century ironstone water pitcher from the Moettawas Hotel , Ontario,Canada. The hotel was built in 1889 and burnt down in 1900 so not many pieces remain from the original hotel, this is one of them, along with the chamber pot I have listed on as well. Embossed on bottom \"Greenwood China ,Trenton , NJ\".. The water pitcher has a few flaws (see last pics) these are stress fractures and are not all the way through! One is on the inside bottom that does not come through to the outside, the other two are on the top, near spout area. A Great piece of History! Thank you!
