Rare Escanaba Michigan The Fair Savings Bank Store 6 Blue Prints OOAK For Sale

Only one set known to be in existence the original renovation blueprints for the fair store in Escanaba Michigan, The Fair Store in downtown Escanaba was built in 1912. It served as the venue for the Big Fair during that time. Inside the store, there were displays of corn and beans, while animals were exhibited in an empty lot behind the store. The fair held there was very successful, and attendance broke all records that year with over 8,000 people celebrating agriculture and community.The larger blue blueprint is dated 3/11/1938 and measures 42 long x 28 3/4 and show signs of age and wear, including creases, folding chairs and holes.The smaller blueprints range in size with measuring 2 3/4 x 14 1/4 and the fourth measuring 25 x 15 they are dated 8/27/1947..
