Up for sale today is a Rare Original Korean War USAF L-2A Flight Jacket. This one is a size 36. The actual measurements of this jacket are as follows: Laid flat the armpit to armpit is 21 inches, the shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 18 1/2 inches, the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve cuff is 24 1/2 inches, and the top of the collar to the bottom of this jacket is 26 inches.
This vintage flight jacket is still in excellent condition. There are no rips, tears, holes, or damage anywhere on it or in it. It is still very clean with excellent color everywhere. The wool sleeve cuffs, collar, and waistband are all original, and there are absolutely no holes on any of them. All of the snaps are in perfect working condition, as are both of the original zippers. It is nearly impossible to find one of these original L-2A flight jackets in this nice of condition.
Be sure to super size all of the pictures for a closer inspection.
