Rare Vintage Bartlett Cigars Dickerman & Co. Heavy Advertising Ashtray.

Looks to be both engraved and embossed. I'm unsure if it was colored at one time, but there's lots of paintwear leading to rust throughout. The back. Two legs are taller than the front two legs giving it a nice stature. The top is a silver color that was previously painted over some type of metal or iron and the bottom due to the green oxidation I believe this to be either some type of brass or bronze piece, see all photos.
