Rarely seen! Antique LT Piver, Poudre de Talc box. ‘Des Fleurs’. C. 1915. This very interesting powder presentation is almost never found. The box is heavy cardboard with a leathery-look texture w/metal top & bottom. Lid was made to slide off once the front label seal was opened, however, while it slides up a bit & back down w/a poof of powder, I am unable to open it all the way. The piece does have issues including a top & bottom rusting, some fade/discoloration, a missing surface piece, a split place on lid in back. Top & bottom corners on one side of front label missing, but still displays well. Net wt. label across upper box is complete. Diamond shaped complete stamp on back reads ‘Piver, Des Fleurs’. (See photos for additional description). 4.25” x 2.75” diameter.
