These are ARTISTS POSTCARDS Series I and Series II sets from 1977 and 1978. They are supposed to have 39 and 50 cards respectively, but in this case, each set is missing 3 cards. I do not know which three are missing. I will show all 83 cards in the photos.
This was created as a non-profit by J.M. Kaplan, where several prominent, and less-prominent artists were commissioned to create original works of art in 4x6" form, specifically for this project. It was the 1st of it kind published in the U.S.

I haven't found any specific value for these sets, but Series I is certainly more valuable than Series II, from what I did see. Generally people are asking about $10 per postcard...maybe half of that for the Series II cards. Included here are 36 cards from Series I and 47 cards from Series II...do the math...I'm asking quite a bit less. If anyone knows any definite info, please do tell....thanks for looking!
