A very good, scarce Schatt & Morgan Model 044221 Junior Scout pocket knife with bail. 1 of 100 made. Very sadly, no box, but provided in a microfiber drawstring pouch.
Measures approximately 3 3/16 inches long overall, closed. Master blade measures approximately 1 11/16 inches long, edge only. Obverse blade etched “Schatt & Morgan”. Obverse tang stamped with the S&M logo over “Titusville”.Long pull serrated nail nick. Reverse tang stamped “Queen Cut Co” in an arch over “Titusville PA”. Unusual secondary “corn?) blade measures approximately 1 ¼ inches long, measured along the spine. Obverse tang stamped “Schatt & Morgan”. Third pen blade measures approximately 1 3/8 inches long, edge only. Obverse blade etched “1 of 100”. Fourth blade is a cap lifter/screwdriver combi. Nice brown jigged bone scales secured by three pins, obverse with Keystone shield, unengraved. Nickel silver bolsters to each end with bail fitted to left hand. Brass liners and spacer.
Good snap to all four blades. Light surface scratches and opening/closing marks to the blades. Scales good, no chips or cracks.
