Designed by Eric Glesser, son of renowned Spyderco co-founder Sal Glesser, the Charisma is an ultra-slim, incredibly lightweight cutting tool that is so easy to carry you won’t leave home without it. Weighing a scant 0.8 ounces (23g), it features a full-flat-ground blade crafted from Carpenter® Technology’s nitrogen-enriched CTS® BD1N stainless steel. Offering an excellent balance of edge retention, toughness, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening, the ultra-thin blade is supported by a reliable back lock mechanism and a Boye Dent—a strategically placed relief cut in the lock release to prevent unintentional closure. The Charisma’s linerless handle is injection molded from tough fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) and includes both bilateral longitudinal grooves and a pebbled texture to ensure a secure grip and superior control during use. The handle includes a reversible deep-pocket wire clip and a convenient lanyard hole. Together, they allow discreet, tip-up carry on either side of the body and the easy attachment of fobs and lanyards.
