very sought after Wade Irish porcelain figurine- in 2014, the Wade Collectors Handbook valued the \"Tailor and Cottage on Irish Base\" at $150 to $230 (US) or $190 to $293 (CDN)- features a thatched cottage with a little elfish tailor, who resembles a lucky leprechaun, sitting out front- the tailor appears to be darning a tiny yellow polka dot sock- base is roughly in the shape of Ireland- this hand painted figurine was made in County Armagh, Ireland- glaze in lovely condition; high gloss finish- very good vintage condition; no chips, cracks, repairs; some crazing- marked on bottom \"Shamrock Pottery Made in Ireland by Wade of Armagh\"- size: 5 1/2 inches by 4 1/4 inches by 2 1/2 inch
