Signature Christmas Victorian Village Not Sure Of The Maker May Be Kirkland For Sale

This is an estate sale find I’m not sure of the maker. I believe it to be Kirkland. These figures are made in China. Look at photos. Everything you see in the photos you will receive I do not have the original box but everything seems to be in good working condition, this will be an as is sale. I cannot do nothing about the shipping, but I’m open to reasonable offers. I do not know what year this was made, but it seems to be in good condition.
