Beautiful Early Post CardThis postcard is unused.This establishment had its beginnings in 1815 when William Skinner established a shipbuilding yard in Baltimore. The firm became William Skinner & Sons and under that name the business was continued until 1899, when it was incorporated as The William Skinner & Sons Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company of Baltimore City. Greatly enlarged and modernized it became the Upper Plant of The Baltimore Dry Docks and Ship Building Company.

It is in very good condition with no bends, folds or tears.
