\"Bad Sushi reimagines the collectible figure as an extension of contemporary visual culture merging character design, street art aesthetics, and narrative world-building into a serialized vinyl format.

Developed by Superplastic, the series transforms familiar culinary forms into surreal, rebellious figures—each one part of a larger fictional universe shaped by experimentation, mutation, and dark humor. The result is a collection of 3-inch vinyl characters that function less as toys and more as collectible design objects.

Each blind box contains one randomly selected figure, reinforcing the unpredictability central to collectible culture. With a roster of core characters and a limited number of rare chase figures, the series invites both casual discovery and intentional collecting.

Produced in limited quantities, Bad Sushi figures occupy a space between pop culture artifact and contemporary collectible—reflecting the same principles that define street art: accessibility, repetition, and variation within a unified visual language.\"
