I do believe this is Swarovski. The bottom would have had a sticker on it. There are some listed that do have the sticker, so please feel free to look it up and research it.
It does have some damage, it has a few small chips and scratching on the lines. Most important the inside base has a bubble or damage bubble on the base in the inside only. It is approximately 3" tall x 2.5" diameter on the base.
