Here we have anauthentic one-of-a-kind, handprinted originalserigraph unposted artist postcardby French painter Paul Dubosclard (1892-1974) of the historic property known asSycamore Lodge,in Topanga Canyon, California. Published by Margaret A. Sheehan, in Topanga, California, as part of theirAlong the Malibu series. Back identifies it as a \"View of Topanga Canyon, California.\"Although most of the prints from this series are unsigned, this one does have a stamped signature in red on the lower right. Stunning and rare.

Condition:Our photographs reveal the condition best and are the most important part of the description--please zoom in on them and examine them carefully. Very clean and fresh card with nothing sticky or otherwise gross, and no funky odors. Postally unused. The front of the card is in overall minty condition, with no evident condition issues.Collectors\' notes and historical pricing details may be penciled-in on back. Lies nice and flat. Note that this is an original handprinted piece of art, with variations that are expected, typical and almost always desirable. This card will not be exactly the same as the \"same\" card from the series, and that is considered a good thing.
