As rare as this book is, I would imagine a very limited run, maybe a few hundred copies at the most. I can only find 1 other copy available and it is priced at $175 with no dust jacket. The last copy sold here in similar condition went for $199.95 (12/22)
Dust jacket shows a few tears at the edges. It has been placed in a mylar protector. Book very good++ overall.
