Tobor The Robot Cereal Premium & Weight Nabisco Shredded Wheat Juniors 1958 For Sale

I found this in a box in a trunk filled with tiny gadgets and almost tossed this! It definitely was stored there by the original owner, where she kept her little keepsakes. I had to assemble it and found it to be Tobor the Robot a cereal premium or prize from a Nabisco Shredded wheat cereal (spoon size or juniors) dating to 1958. This one no longer 'snaps' together. I am holding together with a rubber band. When I pull the string over a table edge, the arms do move up and down as the robot moves across the table (see video in pics - may still be under review by as posting). I did not have much luck with the 'counter weight option'. Regardless, this is a scarce and desireable cereal prize and robot toy. It is being sold as is.
