Any item graded by a 3rd party grading company (CGC, CBCS, PGX, BGS, PSA or any other company) is sold with the understanding that whatever grade given is the accepted industry standard and not up for debate. Furthermore most CGC/CBCS/PGX cases will have defects associated with them such as minor scratches, dings or chips. We will note anything major that we see on any of the cases but you are purchasing the book not a perfect CGC case and we will not give refunds or take returns or exchanges for damaged cases. With that being said we ship thousands of graded books every year and we have a very very few instances where the delivery company really damaged a book so rest assured your item will be shipped bubble wrapped and well protected during shipment.
If you disagree with the grade the company gave the item, this is not a reason to claim item not as described.
Please do not email asking for slower, cheaper shipping. These emails will be ignored. Fast tracked shipping is a time saver and much safer for both the buyer and seller. I have shipped over 8000 graded books and have had no complaints.
