This is aPair ofVintage Hollywood Regency Gilt Compotes / Dishes.The compotes have identical or very similar gilt iron bases with rose motif. The glasstops are different in shape, one round with fluted edges, and the other square with rounded corners, but each has identical gilt designs on the glass.The compotes are 4 1/4" tall and the tops measure 5 1/2" in diameter and 5" across at the corners, respectively.Based on the appearance I think these are likely Mid Century Italian pieces but I do not know for sure.At the time of the original listing this was one of two vintage Hollywood Regency listings being added, and we also had another Hollywood Regency listing in our store.ConditionThe compotes are in excellent condition.
