USGI Tactical Assault Panel with Harness OCP Multicam - Army For Sale

Acquire a versatile and combat-proven piece of gear with this authentic USGI (U.S. Government Issue) Tactical Assault Panel (TAP) and its included harness. Designed for the modern warfighter and featuring the effective OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) MultiCam, this modular chest rig provides immediate, organized access to critical ammunition and essential equipment. Importantly, this offering includes the harness but does not include all components to integrate with body armor. Ideal for military training, tactical exercises, or as a robust and customizable load-bearing solution for outdoor enthusiasts.

• Genuine USGI (U.S. Government Issue): This TAP and its harness are authentic military-issued components, produced under contract for the U.S. Army. They adhere to strict government specifications for durability, functionality, and materials, typically bearing NSNs such as 8465-01-580-0689 (for the panel) and 8465-01-580-0690 (for the harness).
• OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) / MultiCam: The panel and harness feature the highly effective MultiCam camouflage pattern, officially adopted by the U.S. Army as OCP. This versatile pattern is engineered to provide superior concealment across a wide spectrum of environments, from arid deserts to lush woodlands and urban settings.
• Harness ONLY (Not Full System): This offering includes the main TAP chest panel and the harness required to wear it as a standalone chest rig. It does not include the additional buckles, adapters, or components needed to directly attach the TAP to body armor systems like the IOTV or SPCS.
• Modular Design & MOLLE II Integration: The TAP is a core component of the MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) II system. While this offering focuses on standalone use, the TAP itself is designed to integrate with compatible body armor if the additional components were included.
• Integrated Magazine Pouches: The front of the panel features multiple built-in magazine pouches, typically accommodating six to eight magazines. These pouches are usually secured with durable hook-and-loop tabs for quick and secure retention.
• Additional Integrated Utility Pockets:
• Side Pockets: Often includes two additional external pockets at either end of the main magazine pouches, designed to fit items like GPS units, handheld radios, or additional magazines. These also typically secure with hook-and-loop closures.
• Rear Mesh Pockets: The back panel of the TAP features three large mesh pockets. The left and center pockets often have hook-and-loop closures, while the right pocket may feature a zipper closure, ideal for storing maps, documents, compasses, or other mission-essential accessories.
• Heavy-Duty 1000 Denier Cordura Nylon: Constructed from military-grade 1000 Denier (1000D) Cordura nylon, known for its exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and water. This robust material ensures the TAP can withstand harsh combat environments and rigorous use.
• External PALS/MOLLE Webbing: The front of the panel includes multiple rows of PALS webbing, allowing for further customization by attaching additional MOLLE-compatible pouches (e.g., grenade pouches, utility pouches, medical kits) to expand carrying capacity.
• Adjustable Harness System: The included harness features adjustable shoulder and waist straps, allowing for a customizable and secure fit for various body types, ensuring weight distribution and comfort during movement when worn as a standalone chest rig.
