There are lots of souvenirs of the Empire State Building in circulation, dating to its completion in the early 1930s but there are fewer cast as coin banks, and even fewer with what appears to be its original heart shaped vintage lock attached.
There is no key, but it is a fairly common lock type and one should be able to find a key.
The metal locking plate on the bottom is covered with a thin felt protective pad.
The souvenir coin bank measures 8" tall x 2 ¾" across x 1 ½" deep.
It is in excellent condition with an intact aerial.
