A beautiful Old Paris style porcelain spill vase, standing 12 inches tall. Spill vases held the paper tapers used to light candles and fires before matches were common — and today they're prized as decorative pieces.
This one has all the classic Old Paris features: a soft pink ground, hand-painted floral panels with roses and wildflowers, lavish gold gilt trim, a ruffled gold-edged rim, ornate pierced handles, and a green scrolled foot. The Rococo Revival styling is elaborate and eye-catching from every angle.
