Signatures: Signed by John Peck with witnesses including Daniel Lyman, Justice of the Peace, plus additional clerk and register endorsements
Reverse details: Docketed as John Peck's deed to Jathiel Peck with note of fees paid and the recording statement signed by Benj. Huntington Junr. Register

Condition: 18th century Connecticut deed shows overall toning, scattered stains and handling soil. Multiple horizontal and vertical fold lines with small tears and separations at some folds and edges. Corners and edges are rubbed with minor chipping. Wafer seal remnant and stain at lower right. Ink remains dark and fully legible.
