This is in very good condition for its age and was maintained in a non-smoking, non-pet home (it belonged to my grandfather, whose name is penciled in the inside cover). It is a softcover catalog with a stapled spine with typical shelf wear and light fraying at the top and bottom corners, but it remains fully intact. There is no water damage and although the center staples show some rust, it has not bled heavily onto the pages.
