Vintage 1941 Lilly Dache Dashing Poodle Perfume Bottle Figurine With Box No Lid For Sale

Rare, 1941 Lilly Daché "Dashing" poodle perfume set features exceptional provenance from the Territory of Hawaii. The set includes a beautifully sculpted, ivory-colored composition poodle shell standing on a pink pedestal base inscribed with the fragrance name, "Dashing". The composition poodle is structurally sound with no chips or cracks. It exhibits an authentic vintage patina, with surface-level wear consisting of minor oxidation in the fur crevices and an area on the front paws where the original finish has worn down (but is smooth and does not appear to be chips), accompanied by aged, amber-colored crystallized perfume residue. Crucially, it includes its rare, original pink silk cylindrical presentation box with crisp front branding. The box has light seam fraying and a peeling bottom paper lining. Affixed to the bottom is an intact retail tag from The Liberty House in Honolulu, T.H., stamped at its original $26.00 launch price, providing museum-quality pre-statehood provenance.
